All registered members are allowed to upload files. The file size limit is set at 256K for now. That should be enough for forum purposes. If you are having trouble attaching files let me know and I will help you out.
Additionally I am requiring users to be logged in for file downloads. This is to limit bandwidth usage. I don't need 3,000 Googlers downloading maps and pictures from my forums  |
